Industry Testimonial

Holmesglen in my opinion is rapidly becoming the place to be for culinary education and training.

Holmesglen has up to the minute facilities that create continuity between my apprentice’s education at work and at school. Their commitment to training with innovative programs such as Iron Apprentice, culinary competitions and guest chef events create opportunities for all apprentices.

Holmesglen’s industry presence is paramount, constantly being involved in industry events and keeping open lines of communication with the Industry.”
Mathew Macartney, Executive Chef Chateau Yering Yarra Valley Victoria.
